What is Prozo Emerge?

Prozo Emerge is a D2C brand selection program in which Prozo will work with three selected brands and partner with them as they scale. The selected brands will get FREE* access to all of Prozo’s services for upto one year and at subsidized rates, beyond that.

Prozo Emerge will be conducted every 6 months.

This program is for online direct to consumer (D2C) brands.

The applying brand needs to have a minimum revenue of $100 K in the last financial year or a minimum revenue of $25000 in the last three months . Brands above $2 M revenue rate are not eligible for this program.

3 months of free Warehousing and Fulfillment services at Noida and Hyderabad, to cater to North and South locations. No hidden costs!

Free 1-year subscription to technology stack including integrations will 15+ platforms, omni-channel warehouse management system (WMS), Order Management System (OMS), billing module and other technology products.

Free 1-year access to Smart Inventory Management - Prozo's smart warehouses enable you to update and expose 100% of your inventory to all channels.

Free 1-year access to Flipkart-Assured Tag and Amazon-Prime tags (WIP) for your products, as Prozo's warehouses are smart-fulfilment and seller-flex (WIP) registered.

Free 1-year access to FBA, FBF and similar programs of other leading platforms in up to 13 states.

Discounted freight charges for b2b and b2c shipments through Prozo’s network of freight providers

Continued engagement with the platform's category teams to help you grow your brand.

After the free period, brands pay a flat 5%+GST of the sales value for all of the above services. The maximum inventory holding threshold will vary and will be discussed with the selected brands.

Yes. Costs related to packaging and logistics will be borne by the brands enrolling with Prozo.

There is no contractual obligation to work with Prozo after the free serviced period.

Step 1: If your brand is shortlisted, you will be requested for an online meeting with Prozo CEO & CTO.

Step 2: A virtual or in-person warehouse tour will also be organised for the shortlisted brands as per their request.

Step 3: The brand can also request technology product demonstrations to further understand the value proposition.
